I graduated from College of Art, New Delhi (1969). K.S Kulkarni my first teacher: Ceramics I learned from Gurucharan Singh - a great potter; music runs in my blood and I paint music. It provides inspiration & feeds with creative nuances. I worked with Birju Maharaj - the greatest classical dancer. I learned expression, gestures and lyrical movements of human form. I did some theatre too to understand the dialogue between people. My paintings & sculptures speak all this & myself. I love birds & animals & their relationship with humans.
